Overview

The acronym MO.TO. (Mail Order/Telephone Order) refers to the Server-to-Server payments, in which the cardholder's 3D Secure authentication is not requested. In these cases, the payment phase is completed by sending to the Gateway a message in POST containing all the data required to perform the payment and receipt of a response in synchronous mode containing the payment outcome

In those cases where the holder submit data on their credit card directly to the Merchant's system, he is subject to PCI regulations; Nexi reserves the right to request a document proving the certification.
