APM
With XPay's Sandbox, it is also possible to test Alternative Payment Methods (APMs) managed by third parties.
The testing methods vary depending on the APM:
- For PayPal, and PayPal Pay in 3, a PayPal test account is required, which can be obtained by registering on the official Sandbox.
- Google Pay and Apple Pay:
- For testing with Plugins and the Hosted Payment Page API, you can use your own Google Pay or Apple Pay accounts (using compatible devices) in test mode. Transactions made through the Sandbox do not generate real charges.
- For testing with S2S APIs, you need to configure your account in test mode as described in the "Payment Methods"->"Wallet" section and contact your Nexi representative to activate a dedicated project.
- MyBank, GiroPay, iDEAL, Bancontact, Multibanco: registration is not required, but a simulated payment page is used, allowing you to proceed by entering random data.
